MIAMI – – Taurus® is proud to announce another victory for Team Captain Jessie Duff. This past weekend, at the US IPSC Nationals, Duff won the Ladies Open Division and placed 9th Overall, capturing her second IPSC title and qualifying her for the World Shoot in 2017. This win confirms her spot on the US Ladies Open Team for this prestigious match.
Duff swiftly moved through 16 difficult stages, firing 300+ rounds downrange. In this competition, target points are divided by the time taken to achieve them, adding to the challenge. Competitors aim at the 15-centimeter bullseye as they race through each stage as quickly as possible. This difficult feat didn’t stop Duff; she moved through the stages with accuracy, knocking down targets on the course in her quest for another win.
“This was a very important win for me as it secured a place for me on the US Ladies Open Team in the 2017 World Shoot,” said Duff. “The hard training truly paid off as the stages were very physical.”
In a competition where time is key, Duff prevailed once again to prove just how talented this Taurus Team Captain has become. Up next, Duff will be competing at the Open Nationals, October 5th – 6th, 2016 at the Universal Shooting Academy in Frostproof, Florida.
